Stone Meadows Clubhouse Rentals
Please utilize the calendar and make sure your desired dates are available
before submitting your requests. Requests will be fulfilled in the order
they are received.
Please confirm that you are using a valid email address and contact
information. You must be a current resident of Stone Meadows and in good standing to rent the clubhouse.
Once requests are submitted you will be sent an invoice via email and will
have 24 hours to pay the rental fee. If the fee is not paid within 24 hours, the dates will be released.
Please review the following documents prior to filling out the Reservation Form.
Upon completing the reservation form, you are agreeing to the terms
and conditions stated in these documents and accept that failure to abide by any of the terms will result in costs being assessed to the homeowner’s account as the responsible party.
