The check must be written by the current resident. 

The resident must be in good standing with the HOA. 

 Hourly Rental Fee $35.00

Set-Up/Clean-Up Fee $35.00

Marquee Rental (OPTIONAL) FREE

This is a one-day rental of the marquee, the day of the event being held.

Once payment is received and the reservation has been approved, 

a confirmation email will be sent.
